so much for inner baker):our cake turned out reaaaallly bad.
and its really hard to believe your'e Jamie Oliver when you're in a disgusting kitchen working with lousy bowls and mixers that make scary clinging noises and gives off funny smells when you turn it on.

when the spoons and spatulas werent cleaned properly by the lazy people who used them before you so youve got hard icky dont-know-whats stuck to your mixing bowl.

and thats why our cake ("cake") turned out really piak-y.
SMOOOTHERED in cream,almonds and raisins.
i think we threw it away once we presented.
